H型高血压患者健康教育的护理体会

Experience on nursing health education for patients with hypertension (type H)

目的提高H高血压患者的护理质量。方法对患者进行一系列健康教育。结果患者对H高血压相关知识、规律用药、监测血压、饮食控制、运动疗法、并发症的防治有了较全面的掌握。结论加强对H高血压患者的健康教育,对减少并发症的发生,提高H高血压患者的生活质量是有效的。

Objective To improve the quality of nursing care of patients with hypertension （ type H）. Methods A series of health education for patients were given. Results Patients with hypertension H have mastered the related knowledge, regular medication, monitoring of blood pressure, diet control, exercise therapy, prevention and treatment of complications. Conclusions To strengthen health education on in patients with hypertension H, to reduce the incidence of complications, is effective in improving the quality of life of patients with hypertension H.
