吴茱萸热敷配合腹部穴位按摩治疗老年便秘的疗效观察

Observation on treatment with Evodia fomentation and abdominal massage for senile constipation

目的为探讨治疗老年患者便秘的有效方法。方法选择65岁以上的老年便秘患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。两组均实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用吴茱萸热敷配合腹部穴位按摩进行治疗,疗程为2 d,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸热敷配合腹部穴位按摩治疗老年便秘的临床疗效显著,经济实用,安全方便,值得推广。

Objective To explore an effective treatment for Senile constipation. Methods 100 cases of constipation patients with the 65 years or older, were randomly divided into two groups of 50 patients each. Both groups were treated with conventional care. On this basis, the experimental group was treated with Evodia fomentation and abdominal massage for two days. Results The efficacy Of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The treatment with Evodia fomentation and abdominal massage is significantly effective for senile constipation, economical, practical, safe, convenient and worthy of promotion.
