银杏脱壳能耗测试试验与分析

摘要 为了找出影响银杏机械化脱壳能量消耗的关键因素,搭建了银杏脱壳动态能耗实时测试试验台,可以实现对银杏脱壳机电机功率和动碾盘主轴转速的实时测试。在初步确定了影响银杏脱壳机能耗的主要因素之后,论文利用响应面分析法进行了试验研究,最终得出了影响银杏脱壳能耗的回归方程以及单因素作用和双因素交互作用对银杏脱壳机能耗的影响规律。 In order to find the key factors affecting the mechanical shelling energy consumption of Ginkgo, real time test platform for dynamic energy consumption of Ginkgo shelling is built, the motor power and the dynamic millstone spindle speed of the Ginkgo huller can be test in real-time. In this paper, after major factors affecting the energy consumption of the ginkgo shelling machine is initially identified, response surface analysis methods were applied in experimental study,the regression equation of energy consumption, single factor effect and interaction between each factor on energy consumption in Ginkgo huller is obtained.
