弹性可涨式定位夹具的设计

摘要 CA4GC1T发动机缸体结构较为复杂,加工精度要求高,原小批量试制加工工艺采用划线加工的方法,其存在加工效率低、加工尺寸的一致性差、无法对毛坯铸造精度进行有效验证等缺点,难以满足大批量加工的需求。论文设计了一套具有弹性的可涨式定位夹具,实现完全以毛坯缸孔理论中心线定位加工,其定位精度高,有效的保证了缸体加工的高精度要求,装夹方便可靠,加工效率提高了5倍。 The cylinder body of CA4GC1T engine has complex structures and requires much high machining accuracy. Lineation method has been applied for small-scale production in previous. However, this method generaUy has the low machining efficiency and dimension identity, and it is difficult to verify the casting accuracy of roughcast. Hence, lineation method can not satisfy the practical demand for large-scale production. This paper proposes and designs a novel locating fixture with the electric expanding property. Mechanical machining is absolutely carried out basing on the theoretic centerline of cylinder hole in roughcast. Due to this condition, the designed fixture can provide high-precision positioning and ensure the high machining accuracy of cylinder body. Additionally, with the convenient and secure mounting, machining efficiency is improved 5 times as compared with previous method.
