Study on Rapid Installation of Wire Rope Core Belt in Xinsan Coal Mine

论文总结了煤矿强力带式输送机胶带铺设与安装工艺的传统方法,从施工难度、劳动强度、施工成本、施工工期以及存在的安全隐患等方面进行了分析比较;结合新三矿的具体情况,提出了分段运输、整体展放、快速安装的新方法,并对胶带的硫化、运输、铺设、固定、牵引设备的安全性能做了详细的描述与验证。实践证明,该方法具有施工周期短、工人劳动强度低、质量控制方便、安全可靠性高的特点,对于提高企业的经济效益,降低施工成本具有重要意义。

This paper summarizes the traditional belt laying and installation process methods of mine high power belt conveyor. Through the analysis of the construction difficulty, labor intensity, construction cost, construction period and the potential safety hazards, combining with the specific circumstances of Xinsan coal mine, a new method of segmented transport, overall deployment and rapid installation is proposed. At the sametime, belt vulcanization, transportation, installation, fixed and safety performance of traction equipment are described and verified in detail. It has been found that this method has the characteristics of short construction period, low labor intensity, convenient quality control, high safety and reliability. It is of great significance to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and reduce the construction cost.
