为适应任职教育的短训教育改革探讨

Discuss about the Teaching Reform to Adapt Short-term Vocational Education

随着我院学历教育向任职教育的转型,一批特殊的教学对象——短训学员成为了培养的重点。而在教育转型过渡期,由于种种因素制约,在短训教学的组织和管理上存在诸多问题,本文结合本单位短期培训实际,探讨任职教育下的短训教育的一些看法。

With the transition of academic education to vocational education for most military collage, traditional teaching begins to focus on training for short-term students. Due to restrictions from every aspect, the training organization and management have many problems during this transition. This paper mainly discusses these issues of short-term vocational education according to our experiences.
