消障明目丸治疗老年性白内障临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiaozhang Mingmu Wan for Senile Cataract

用消障明目丸治疗老年性白内障 110例 ( 2 0 5只眼 ) ,对照组用明目地黄丸 ,通过视功能检查和裂隙灯显微镜检查对疗效进行评价 ,经过 3个月治疗后 ,110例 ( 2 0 5只眼 )中有效以上者170只眼 (总有效率 82 .93% ) ,显效 30只眼 ( 14.63% ) ,治疗组的疗效优于对照组 ,P<0 .0 5,认为消障明目丸能使视力提高 ,晶体混浊改善。

The effect of Xiaozhang Mingmu Wan for the treatment of 110 cases(205 eyes)of senile cataract was appraised by the examinations of visual functions and slit lamp microscopy,and Mingmu dihuang wan saved as controls.The result showed:Three months after treatment,in 110 cases(205 eyes of observation group),the total effective rate was \{82.93%\}(170 eyes),which was better than that in control group(P<0.05).it is considered that Xiaozhang Mingmu Wan has the effect for improving the vision and reducing crystal turbid.\;
