摘要
应用光弹性实验方法研究脊柱背伸状态下的应力分布规律。实验表明 :力作用造成脊柱背伸 ,使前纵韧带、椎体和椎间盘的前缘产生张力 ,可以达到椎体压缩性骨折复位 ,椎间盘突出还纳及改善脊柱受力条件的作用 ;当改变腰部向前的作用力的作用点及大小时 ,椎体、前纵韧带和椎间盘的应力也发生相应有规律的变化。
Photoelastic experiment was used to study distributing law of dorsiflexion movement of spine.Experimental evidences suggested that dorsiflexion movement of spine caused by applied force could lead tension in the anterior border of longitudinal ligament,vertebral body and intervertebral disc.The tension had effects upon manual reduction of compressibility fracture of vertebral body,reducing protrusion of intervertebral discs,and improving condition of spine applied force.Along with changing applied location and magnitude of applied force which induced the waist to move along,there was a corresponding and regular changes of stress of vertebral body,anterior longitudinal ligament and intervertebral discs.The result may be applied in the clinical recovery of spine injury.\;
