新时期我国农村的经济现状与问题——以朝阳坡镇岭上村为例

China agriculture economy present situation and problem in new area——take Chaoyang Pozhengling Shangvilliage as example

"三农"问题成为社会关注的热点,也成为党和政府工作的重中之重。为更深入具体地了解新时期我国农村的经济现状与问题,通过在吉林省公主岭市朝阳坡镇岭上村的驻点调研发现:村民生活水平和文化素质逐步提高、全村以种植玉米为主和单产水平逐年提高、农业社会化服务较为完善,同时也存在人口老龄化、青壮劳动力流失、公共财政资金短缺、村集体负债严重、农业社会化服务仍不能全面满足村民需求等问题。因此,政府部门应该加以重视,通过深化新型农村养老保险制度、吸引青壮年劳动力回村创业、拓宽农村集体资金的筹资渠道、积极化解农村债务、进一步完善农业社会化服务体系等措施来解决岭上村的发展难题。

Three agricultural problems which has been a hotspot of social attention becomes the most important thing of the party and government＇s work.In order to more deeply and concretely understand China＇s rural economic situation and problems？in？new period,through residence investigation in Lingshang village from Zhaoyang town in Gongzhuling city of Jilin province,it is found that the gradual improving living standards and？cultural quality of the villagers,mainly planting maize and improving yield level year by year in that village,more perfect agricultural socialization service and there exists population aging, rural youth labor loss, the public financial capital shortage,serious village collective debt, agricultural socialization service having not met villagers demand at the same time.Therefore,government should attach importance to solving development prombles of Xiguan village through deepening？the new system of？ rural endowment insurance, attracting youth labors to return village to venture, widening financing channel of village collective capital,defusing rural debt positively and improving agricultural socialization service system further.
