制造业生态体系是一个复杂且融合度很高的模块化价值网。模块化价值网是由系统规则设计商、模块系统集成商、模块生产商、经售代理商、顾客群,以及政府和各类生产性服务企业等彼此结成的价值网络。生产性服务企业通过结构嵌入或关系嵌入方式融入到价值网中,与生产企业耦合形成了以价值为纽带的生产性服务外包网络,并通过资源交换、知识共享和技术扩散,进而形成管理和技术创新优势。服务外包中介机构在强化生产性服务企业的信用体系,解决生产企业与服务企业间的信息不对称和风险规避行为,节约双方交易成本上拥有独特的优势。

Manufacturing ecological system is a complicated and high degree of fusion modularization value network. The modularization value network is consist of system rule designers, system integrators,module manufacturers, customers, dealers, and government and all kinds of productive services, which form the value network each other. Productive service enterprises integrate into the value network via relational embeddedness way or st ructural embeddedness way, coupled with production enterprises to form the productive service outsourcing network to the value as a link, and then to form management and technology innovation advantages through the resource exchange,knowledge sharing and technology diffusion. Service outsourcing intermediary organization has unique advantage in resolving the information asymmetry between production enterprises and productive service enterprises, strengthening credit system for the outsourcing service providers, and saving the transaction cost of both sides.
