摘要
要实现技术密集型企业隐性知识共享,必须解决技术密集型企业隐性知识共享的一些制约因素。本文从五个方面进行了分析,即隐性知识共享的价值观还未形成,缺乏学习型组织文化氛围的营造;传统的组织结构形式是制约隐性知识共享的决定性因素;技术平台资源的不完善,使隐性知识共享流于形式;缺乏有效的知识激励机制,制约着员工技术创新的热情;员工对技术创新成果缺乏安全感,制约着员工技术创新和产品研发的积极性和主动性。本文针对这五个制约因素提出了对策。
In order to realize the technology intensive enterprises tacit knowledge sharing, Enterprises must solve some restrictive factors of tacit knowledge sharing of technology intensive enterprises. This paper has made the analyses from five aspects, Namely values of the tacit knowledge sharing have not formed,Enterprises are the lack of creating learning organization culture atmosphere;The conventional form of organization is decisive factors to restricting tacit knowledge sharing; Technology platform resources is not perfect, The tacit knowledge sharing becomes a mere formality; An effective incentive mechanism of the tacit knowledge sharing is so as lack to restrict the innovation enthusiasm of staff;The technology innovation of Staff lack a sense of security, Which restricts the enthusiasm and initiative of technical innovation and product development.This paper puts forward the countermeasures at the five aspects.
