老年患者妇科腹腔镜手术的麻醉危险度评估与并发症 被引量：7

摘要 随着生活水平和医疗条件的不断提高,老年人在社会中所占比重上升,因妇科疾患需行各类手术治疗的老年患者也逐渐增多.这些患者多数伴有循环和呼吸系统疾病,肝、肾功能异常,对麻醉和手术的耐受性明显减退.因此以往对老年妇女的妇科手术倾向于保守.近年来随着微创技术的广泛开展,接受妇科腹腔镜手术的患者中,老年患者的数量和比例也不断增加.由于老年妇女特有的生理及病理特点,以及妇科腹腔镜手术与普通妇科手术存在许多不同,本文就老年患者妇科腹腔镜手术的麻醉危险度评估与患者围术期的生理影响以及妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉的并发症方面介绍如下.
