摘要
目的探讨人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)pp65在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤恶性程度的相关性。方法手术获取64例脑胶质瘤标本(低级别胶质瘤27例,高级别胶质瘤37例),免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤组织中HCMV pp65蛋白表达,ELISA法检测高级别胶质瘤患者和正常人各20例外周血中HCMV-IgG抗体水平。结果 pp65在高级别胶质瘤中的阳性表达率明显高于低级别胶质瘤(97.3%和22%),强阳性表达率以胶质母细胞瘤最高;高级别胶质瘤患者血清HCMV-IgG水平明显高于正常人群。结论 HCMV pp65在不同级别的脑胶质瘤中均有表达,且表达水平与肿瘤恶性程度相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) pp65 in gliomas and its relationship with the malignancy of gliomas. Method Tissue specimens of 27 low-grade gliomas ( WHO Grades II ) and 37 high-grade gliomas ( WHO Grades III-IV ) were clinically obtained. HCMV pp65 expression in tumor sections was examined by immunohistochemical staining. The level of HCMV-IgG antibodies in serum of 20 patients with high-grade gliomas and 20 healthy people was determined by ELISA. Result The positive rate of HCMV pp65 expression in high-grade gliomas was significantly higher than that of low-grade gliomas(97.3% and 22% , P〈0.05 ). The strongest immune staining was seen in glioblatomas. The level of HCMV-IgG antibody in serum of patients with high-grade gliomas was higher than that of healthy people( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion We found the expression of HCMV pp65 in gliomas and an association between the expression level and the malignancy of gliomas.
