摘要
分析高层次科技人才成长的“优势积累”特征对于有针对性地培养科研领军人才具有重要的意义。文章从中国科学技术信息研究所建立的“中国高层次科技人才信息数据库”中选取“长江奖励计划”学者,分别从出生地、毕业院校、海外工作经历、工作变动、科技奖励等方面分析人才成长过程中所表现出的优势积累效应,并在此基础上提出培养我国高层次科技人才可以借鉴的经验。
It is of significance to analysis the advantage accumulation character of scientific talents for talent training. Based on scholars selected from"Chang Jiang Doctor Program" of "the database of high level scientific talent in China", this paper discusses the influence factors which including the place of boring, graduated school, overseas working experience, job changes and science & technology award. Based on the data analysis, we propose some suggestions for training high level scientific talents cultivation.
