摘要
目的 寻找一种不使用敲凿法拔除下颌阻生智齿的方法。方法 选用FriateA .G .牙种植机进行临床及动物实验研究。共 30 0例临床实践 ,术中使用牙种植机去骨、切割冠根 ,而不用锤凿。实验部分共分四组 ,包括种植机、涡轮机、咬骨钳行咬骨去骨实验 ,以及对照组。动物处死后 ,标本光镜下观察。结果 临床部分表明 :大部分病例无术后肿胀和张口度困难 ,仅有 4%病例出现轻度疼痛反应。实验部分显示 ,种植机组组织损伤小 ,骨愈合快。结论 使用牙种植机法拔牙安全、快捷、可靠 ,是理想拔除下颌阻生智齿的手段和方法。这一技术对下颌阻生智齿拔除术整体面貌改进有很大促进作用。
Objective To find out a new method not using hammer and chirsel when the third molar impacted tooth is extracted. Methods The clinical and experimental research were performed by using Friate A.G. implantological surgical unit. 300 cases were practiced in clinic.In the operation the bone was removed and the crown and root of the tooth were cut off using implantological surgical unit, instead of hammer and chirsel . In the animals experiment, 4 groups including implantological surgical unit , air turbine, bone forceps and contrast group were designed. When the animals were killed,the samples were studied under light microscope. Results 69% cases showed no swelling and no mouth opening difficulty.Only 4% cases expressed light pain reaction. The experimental pathology analysis showed the samples from the implantological surgical unit group were less tissue injury and more rapid bone healed than the other groups. Conclusion It has high safety,high speed extraction and reliablility, when the lower third molar teeth are extracted by using implantological surgical unit.
