摘要
研究了小型车外观零件之间的尺寸匹配(间隙、平整度)策略。通过对客户的市场调研,并结合专业的技术测量手段获取数据。然后,使用统计学的方法分析数据。最终,结合工程设计要求,总结出一整套完全基于市场需求,并且切实可行的尺寸匹配设计目标。
The matching strategy( gap,flatness) of small car appearance parts is studied. The data are collected from market survey as well as professional technical measurement. Then,it is analyzed by statistical method. Finally,a set of feasible fitting design targets are summarized based on market requirement and engineering design requirement.
