关于PCCP工艺技术规程行标中钢材断后伸长率指标的探讨

Discussion of Steel Elongation Percentage after Fracture about the Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe(PCCP) Process Technology Specification

对三种牌号钢材在不同板厚、定标距为50mm条件下的断后伸长率进行了换算,并与GB/T 700—2006《碳素结构钢》规定的断后伸长率进行比较,评价了JC/T 2126.3—2012《水泥制品工艺技术规程第3部分:预应力钢筒混凝土管》规定的A50mm对于GB/T 700—2006和GB/T 19685—2005《预应力钢筒混凝土管》标准要求的符合性。

The percentage elongations of three grades of steels at different plate thickness and 50mm of gauge length after fracture are converted and compared with specification of GB/T 700-2006 ＂Carbon structural steels＂. And the percentage elongation after fracture of A50mm specified by JC/T 2126.3-2012 ＂Process technology specification for cement productsPart3： Prestressed cylinder concrete pipe＂ is evaluated for conformity with requirements of GB/T 700-2006 and GB/T19685-2005 ＂Prestressed concrete cylinder pipe＂.
