超低温环境下导电混凝土除冰及其冻融循环性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 选用钢纤维和石墨作为导电混凝土导电相材料,通过室内常温条件下升温试验测试比较各配方的导电性能,选取导电性能优良的试块,验证其在超低温-32℃条件下的融雪除冰性能。试验结果表明,质量比例2%钢纤维加1.5%石墨所制备的导电混凝土试件融冰效果最好,该试件经历五次超低温冻融循环仍保持良好的除冰性能,能够长期用于超低温除冰。 The steel fiber and graphite are used as conductive paste materials to produce the conductive concrete. The conductivity of conductive concrete with different mix proportion was tested under the condition of the indoor temperature by the elevated temperature test, and the snowmelt deicing performance of the specimens with better conductivity were tested at an ultra-low temperature of-32℃. The results show that the conductivity concrete specimen with 2% steel fiber and 1.5% graphite has great snowmelt deicing performance, and after five deicing experiments, the specimen can still keep good deicing performance, so it can be used on long-term deicing at low temperature.
