磷酸钙骨水泥的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 磷酸钙骨水泥是磷酸钙盐发生水化硬化反应在人体的环境和温度下生成羟基磷灰石 ,它具有良好的生物相容性、可塑形性、良好的密封性能、奇特的药物缓释载体的功能、成骨活性和降解活性的协调等优越的性能 ,其在根管充填、盖髓和洞衬、髓底修复、牙周骨和颌骨缺损修复方面均显示了巨大的应用潜能 ,本文对其目前的研究进展及在口腔科的应用前景作一综述。
