为了提高汽车用润滑脂的性能,在实验室条件下进行了一种汽车多效润滑脂的研制,,确定了多效润滑脂的基础油为减四线油,稠化剂为12-羟基硬脂酸且用量为9.5%～11.0%(w),皂化用氢氧化锂—钙加入顺序,先加入氢氧化锂,且比例为7:3,皂化时间为3h,皂化温度90～120℃,抗氧剂Y1的加入量为0.5%(w),Y2的加入量为0.3%(w),极压剂为J4,且用量为1.5%。

The prescription of multipurpose grease was studied in the laboratory. Then the result of the prescription,the temperature of the thickener and the amount and the temperature of the additive agent were defined. Qualified laboratory products were obtained and on the way of industrial production and application.
