真诚型领导研究的回顾与展望 被引量:1

摘要 真诚型领导理论作为领导特质理论发展的新阶段,越来越受到研究者和实践者的重视。但是真诚型领导的理论研究和管理实践还处于起步阶段。文章系统地回顾了前人关于真诚型领导的定义、结构和测量方法,对其影响因素、与企业员工绩效的关系进行了讨论,并在此基础上对未来真诚型领导的开发提出了研究展望。
