团队类型研究及其构建方案与任务 被引量:1

摘要 如何构建适合企业自身发展的团队是管理者需要思考的重要问题。基于代表性团队划分的本质特征,提出了问题与方案、成员与任务和授权与自治等聚焦团队构建的基本观点,为构建和管理适合自身发展的团队提供了有益的帮助和借鉴。
