摘要从创新成熟度和环境支持的视角建构员工创新行为MPR激发系统。该系统由动机系统、动力系统和资源系统构成。创新行为动机系统的核心是员工的创新意愿;动力系统的核心是员工的创新能力;员工创新行为的资源系统则包括内部心理资源和外部环境资源。三子系统共同促进员工创新行为的选择和实施。
