并联电容器是电网运行中重要设备,它给电网注入无功功率,保证电压的稳定。为提高电网功率因数,快速的改善电压质量,电容器的自动投切控制器可以根据电网及时功率因素来决定投切电容器,但是快速频繁投切电容器会造成断路器的断口电压过高,击穿断路器的绝缘,引起接地短路,通过分析一次断路器接地事故,对今后的变电站工作具有指导作用。
The shunt capactor is an important equipment in Electric power network running. It injects reactive power for the network, making the voltage stable. To increase the network power factor and improve voltage quality quickly, the acutomatic switching device of the capactor can determine the switching capactor according to time power factor of the network, but change the capator quickly and frequenctly, it can make fracture voltage of the circuit breaker too high, breaking down the circuit hreaker insulation and leading to earthing short-circuit. By analyzing the circuit breaker earth fault, it will be useful for the substation in the future.
