摘要
目的 探讨乳腺外侧支神经切断术治疗乳腺囊性增生引起的放射性疼痛的治疗效果。方法 80例患者随机分为两组,A组40例实施单纯乳房区段切除术,B组40例实施乳房区段切除联合乳腺外侧支神经切断术,平均随访1～2年。结果 A组病人疼痛治愈率为62.5％,B组治愈率为95％。结论 乳房区段切除联合乳腺外侧支神经切断术是一种简单、实用和有效的术式。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of radiative pain with amputation of lateral branch nerve of breast caused by cystic hyperplasia of breast. Methods Eighty patients were classified as group A and B randomly. Group A(40 cases) were treated with Zonal excision of breast. Group B(40 cases) were treated with Zonal excision of breast combined with amputation of lateral branch nerve of breast. Follow up 1-2 years. Results The rate of healing in group A was 62.5% , group B was 95%. Conclusion Zonal excision of breast combined with amputation of lateral branch nerve of breast was a simple, practical and effective operation.
