南京青奥会生鲜农产品配送优化研究

摘要 生鲜产品在生产、储存、运输和消费的过程中损耗率十分高,尤其在配送环节中损失惊人。同时,消费者对于生鲜产品的质量和食品安全的要求越来越高;对配送商而言,要考虑到车辆配送成本以及配送商品的易腐特性等因素对配送的影响,以最终达到配送成本最小化的目的。2014年南京即将举办青奥会,生鲜农产品是否能够保质保量地供给,并且尽可能地降低物流配送成本成为关键问题之一。因此,文章在考虑多种因素影响的条件下,研究构建成本最小化的青奥场馆生鲜农产品配送问题的数学模型。 Recently,with the development of the economy, people tend to have a growing demand for the fresh produce. Fresh produce have a high loss rate during the production, storage, transportation and consump- tion, especially in distribution. Meanwhile, customers usually request the quality of fresh produce for improving the level of sales, while distributors wish to minimize the cost by solving distribution cost, perishable nature of fresh produce and other factors. In 2014, Nanjing will host the Youth Olympic Games, the supply with good quality and low cost of the fresh produce will become one of the key issues. In this paper, we consider these factors, using Linear programming in operations research to build a mathematics model of the minimum cost of YOG fresh produce distribution.
