舟形藻的运动特征 被引量:2

摘要 舟形藻具运动能力。在光学显微镜1000×下观察了舟形藻的运动特征。结果表明:舟形藻运动平均速度达0.729μm/min,最高速度达1.304μm/min,每秒移动距离可达自身体长的1/2;舟形藻以运动中的后部为基点,前部以一定角度(0°~10°)摆动,进行基本匀速滑行格摆运动,两端都可作为运动前进方向,受到阻力时可以改变方向为后退、翻转、竖立。舟形藻可以进行光合作用,但它具有很强的运动特性,激发其运动和转向的原因需要进一步研究。
