摘要
结合缅甸达贡山镍矿项目的工程实例,介绍了干燥窑的主要结构组成及窑头罩、窑尾罩、筒体、支撑装置、驱动装置、传动装置、液压润滑装置等主要部件的设计要点,并着重阐述了干燥窑筒体内壁上扬料板的设计,以及采用ADI材料及现代化加工制造方法分段制造大齿圈的优点。
According to project example of Myanmar Tagaung Taung nickel mine project,the paper introduces main structure composition of drying kiln and design points of main components, such as kiln head hood, kiln end hood,barrel,supporting device, drive device,actuating device and hydraulic lubricating device and so on, meanwhile, the paper mainlydeseribes design of throwing plate placed on inner wall of drying kiln barrel,and puts forward the advantages of manufacturing big gear ring by application of ADI material and modem processing methods.
