摘要
通过对某硫酸循环冷却水系统的运行参数和补充水水质的分析,提出了该循环水药剂处理面临的主要问题。针对主要问题,确定药剂处理采用的药剂为缓蚀阻垢剂CP518、自然降解型高效杀菌剂TOB6500和氧化性杀菌剂TBC9500,并根据系统工艺参数和当地气象情况确定了各种药剂的投加方案。
According to analysis of operating parameters of an acid circulation cooling water system and quality of makeup water, the paper puts forward main problems that the circulation water reagent treatment faces. The reagents adopted for reagent treatment is determined as corrosion scale inhibitor CP518, natural degradation high efficiency bactericidal agent TOB6500 and oxidative bactericidal agent TBC9500, and dosing scheme of all reagents is determined according to system process parameters and local weather conditions.
