摘要
现阶段煤矿高压电网接地保护的纵向选择性要靠上、下级接地保护时间差配合来实现,并需要合理地整定各级保护的动作值和动作时间,而采区变电所离电源进线较远,经过电器配电装置的级数较多,很难实现上下级的合理配合,为此提出一种电网节点拓扑矩阵算法实现单相接地故障区段定位的方法,对故障进行定位。该矩阵算法通过仿真表明,能满足定位要求,并保证多级线路单向接地保护的纵向选择性。
Currently the coal mine high voltage power grid grounding protection longitudinal selective must be realize depend on the time difference fit between the coordination of grounding level and the lower level. And it reasonably needs to set all levels of protection action value and action time. Because the substation in mine area is far away from power line and the multi-level of distribution devices, it is difficult to realize the reasonable coordination. So proposes a grid node topology matrix algorithm single-phase grounding fault section positioning method, to position the fault. The simulation show that the matrix algorithm can meet position requirements and make sure longitudinal selective of multi-level line single-phase grounding protection.
