摘要
为提高对煤矿井下机电设备故障信息的快速反应,在第一时间处理好故障,消除设备隐患,设计了基于异构数据的井下设备维修调度系统。该系统融合了井上下各子系统工况与人员位置信息数据,利用矿井地理信息系统(GIS)为工具,可快速地把设备故障、隐患、巡检等信息同维修技术人员信息关联起来,达到了快速维修调度的目的。该系统经煤矿实际应用,取得了良好的效果。
In order to improve the rapid response of electromechanical equipment failure information and handle the faults as soon as possible, designs the maintenance dispatching system of underground equipment based on heterogeneous data to eliminate the hidden problems of equipment. This system converges every sub-system' s working condition and person location information data. Uses mine GIS as the tool, which can quickly link the information of equipment failures, hazards, inspection and technician together and achieve quick maintenance scheduling. This system gains good effect by practical application.
