摘要
分析深圳市2010年不同医保精神分裂症住院患者的费用特征,发现存在的问题以及评估医疗保险改革的效果。结果显示:精神分裂症住院费用结构与一般疾病有明显差异,医保类型对精神分裂症住院费用有明显的影响;深圳市医疗保障水平较高,但是存在潜在的基金风险,应继续完善医保管理制度。
Analysis different medicare insurance cost characteristic of schizophrenia inpatients in 2010, and find the existing problems and assess the effect of medical insurance reform. The results show that the costs of schizophrenia inpatients are different with common diseases, and the type of medical insurances have significant impact on schizophrenia inpatient costs. Although the medical insurance is a higher level in Shenzhen, but there are potential fund risks, and should continue to improve the health care management system.
