摘要
目的 :探讨扩张治疗上消化道良恶性狭窄并发症的成因及防治。方法 :对 118例上消化道狭窄病人行2 0 6次扩张。水囊扩张 6 2次 ,锥形扩张管扩张 144次。统计每次扩张后出现的并发症。结果 :2 0 6次扩张中185次有效 ,17次无效 ,4例失败。 2 0 2次并发少量出血与胸痛 ,1例穿孔 ,1例大出血 ,5例发热 ,1例导丝误入漏口 ,2例转移。结论 :扩张是治疗上消道良恶性狭窄有效的方法 ,但并发症值得重视 。
Objective: To probe into the prevention and cure for complications of benign and malignant upper digestive tract stricture and its causes. Methods: 118 patients were dilated 206 times, in which Boston was used 62 times and Savary-Gilliard bougies were used 144 times. Complications from the procedure were counted up after dilation. Results: Dilation was effective 185 times and ineffective 17 times and failed 4 times. Small amounts of bleeding and chest pain occurred 202 times, and perforation in 1 patient, and massive hematemesis in 1 patient, and fever in 5 patients, tumor transfer in 2 patients, and staff was misled in fistula in 1 patient. Conclusions: Dilation is an effective method in curing benign and malignant upper digestive tract stricture, but its complications from the procedure need much attention. Their possible causes and measures of prevention and cure are being discussed.
