护理干预方法对糖尿病足患者的作用及效果评价

Effect and evaluation of nursing intervention on the patients with diabetic foot

目的评价护理干预方法对糖尿病足患者的作用及效果。方法经患者知情同意,将108例糖尿病足患者分为干预组和对照组,每组54例。对照组治疗术后采用常规护理处理,干预组采用自行设计的护理干预方法进行相关指导,随访3个月,对2组各项指标进行评价。结果经过3个月的干预后,干预组患者吸烟、疾病相关知识、知晓率、参加锻炼、血糖控制、体质量达标及胰岛素使用情况与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自行设计的护理干预方法具有一定针对性,能增强患者自我保健意识和依从性,改善不良的生活方式,减少罹患疾病的诱发因素。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the self-designed nursing intervention on the health education and related spe cialist nursing of patients with diabetic foot. Methods With the knowledge and consent of the patients and following the signing of the letter of agreement, and also in accordance with the date of admission into the hospital, 108 cases of diabetic foot were divided equally into 2 groups ： the intervention group and the control group, each consisting of 54 cases. The intervention group was educated with the self-designed nursing intervention method, while the control group was educated with the traditional educational model. After 3 months of medical follow-ups, therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results Three-month follow-ups revealed that fasting blood glucose level of the intervention group was on the average maintained at 4.3 -6.5 mmol/L, while postpradial blood-glucose level was on the average maintained at 7.8 - 10.7 mmol/L. Rate of knowledge on the disease was 59%, the percentage of patients who quit smoking was as high as 67%, and body mass index was maintained at 23.0% - 24.6%. Conclusion The self-designed nursing intervention was a purposive care method, it could enhance self-care awareness and the consciousness of patients for seeking medical care, improve ill life style, reduce considerably risk factors of the disease, thus reducing waste of medical resources and improving life quality of pa tients.
