According to the analysis of structure characteristics for inner cap of olive, introduced the design principle and work process of the injection mold, and put forward one type releasing method of floating female core and two stage ejection mechanism. Solved the demoulding problems of product undercut. Furthermore, one type of compulsory return mechanism was introduced. The mold has the advantage of simple structure.
