摘要
在分析电池盖结构工艺性的基础上,用Pro/E对模具结构进行设计。探索了在Pro/E中构建复杂分型面的方法及分型面设计要点。为成型塑件内部两个相对的倒扣,设计了三种内侧抽芯机构,通过比较分析其各自的特点,最终选择斜T形槽式机构,介绍了该机构的工作过程及设计注意事项。结果表明,此内侧抽芯机构运行平稳可靠,抽芯顺利。
The structure and manufacturability of battery cover are analyzed, author uses Pro/E to design mold. It explores design methods and essentials of complex parting surface based on Pro/E. author designs three internal core-pulling mechanism as the molding of two relative buckle in the back of battery cover, through the analysis of their respective characteristics, internal core-pulling mechanism with oblique T-groove is selected and the working principles and matters needing attention of mechanism is introduced, the results show that the core-pulling mechanism have reliable operation.
