摘要
冲压模具寿命是影响冲压件成本的主要因素,同时对生产效率也有影响。本文主要从模具材料、热处理工艺、冲压工艺及模具结构、加工方式、模具工作条件、规范操作和维护保养等方面分析提高模具寿命的因素。
Stamping die life is the main influence factors of stamping cost of production efficiency, and also have an effect. This article mainly from the die material, heat treatment process, stamping technology and die structure, die processing mode, working conditions, standardized operation and maintenance of the life of die factors.
