6种肿瘤细胞株细胞B71分子的表达及其意义

IMMUNOCYTOCHEMISTRY STUDY OF B7.1 IN SIX TUMOR CELL LINES

目的 :观察肿瘤细胞株细胞共刺激分子B7.1的表达状况 ,并为进一步进行体外研究B7 1分子功能提供模型。方法 :用SABC免疫细胞化学方法研究 6种肿瘤细胞株细胞B7.1的表达。结果 :除BLZ2 11(人膀胱癌细胞株 )、A375 (人黑色素瘤细胞株 )阴性外 ,其余四株细胞——— 772 1(人肝癌细胞株 )、BLS2 11(人膀胱癌细胞株 )、GRC1(人肾癌细胞株 )、MGC(人胃癌细胞株 )均呈阳性染色反应 ,阳性细胞胞膜被染成棕黄色。结论 :本研究中的大多数肿瘤细胞株细胞表达B7.1分子 ;B7.1阳性细胞株细胞可用于体外研究B7.

Purpose: To observe the expression of costimulatory molecule B7.1 in tumor ce1l lines and establish the cell model to study the function of B7.1 in vitro. Methods:B7.1 molecule of tumor cell lines was studied by SABC immunocytochemistry staining.Results: All cell lines (7721,BLS211,GRC1,MGC) except BLZ211 and A375 expressed B7.1. Conclusion:Most of the tumor cell lines studied in this experiment have no deficiency in expression of B7.1 protein. The B7.1 positive cell lines can be used as models to study B7.1 function in vitro.
