分析了用相干光测量细丝直径的原理和方法,分别用钠光和氦氖气体激光测量并计算出同一金属细丝的直径,计算和分析了测量误差,研究和比较了两种光源对测量误差的影响.

The principle and method for measuring the diameter of a metal thin wire with coherent light are analysed, and the same diameter of the metal thin wire is measured and calculated with Na-light and He-Ne laser. The measuring errors are calculated and analysed, and the effect on measuring errors with Na-light and He-Ne laser is studied and compared.
