摘要
目的 :观察射频消融术 (RFCA)治疗室上性心动过速 (SVT )效果。方法 :采用RFCA对 7例SVT患者进行治疗。结果 :7例SVT患者均成功消融 ,其中 5例为房室折返型心动过速 (AVRT) ,2例为房室结折返型心动过速 (AVNRT)。结论 :RFCA治疗SVT安全有效 ,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the efficacy of radio-frequency catheter(RFCA) treating supraventricular tachycardia(SVT).METHOD:7 cases of SVT were treated by RFCA.RESULTS:All treated patients were successfully ablated. 5 of them were atrioventricular reflected tachycardia (AVRT) and 2 were atrioventricular nodal tachycardia (AVNRT).CONCLUSION:RFCP is a safe and effective therapeutic method for treatment of SVT, and is recommended for wide use clinically.
