This paper analyses the management models of foreign publishing organizations such as Elsevier, Springer and Nature and discusses the inspiration of the management of foreign scitech journals on that of China＇s in order to learn fi＇om them to promote the journal system reform in China and enhance the management of publishing organization in China.
