人Toll样受体4在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义

Research on TLR4 expression in non-small cell lung cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters

目的探讨人Toll样受体4(TLR4)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间关系。方法对49例非小细胞肺癌患者(观察组)和20例癌旁肺组织(对照组)进行TLR4表达免疫组化方法检测及分析。结果观察组与对照组患者的TLR4阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非小细胞肺癌患者中TLR4的表达与患者肿瘤的分化程度相关(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别、TNM分期、是否吸烟以及淋巴结转移等临床病理之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NSCLC患者TLR4表达率明显增高,其表达情况与NSCLC症状的发生发展有关,值得进一步研究。

Objective To analyze the expression of TLR4 in NSCLC patients as well as the correlation with clinical pathological parameters. Methods 49 cases of NSCLC patients （ experiment group） and 20 cases of lung tissue adjacent to cancer （ control group） received immunohistochemical detect of the expression of TLR4. Results Compared with control group, the positive expression rate of TLR4 of experiment group were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The TLR4 expression in NSCLC patients related to tumor differentiation degree （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and there was no significant correlation with the patient＇s age, gender, TNM staging, smoking or lymph node metastasis （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions TLR4 expression in patients with NSCLC significantly rise, and its expression has relation with occurrence and development of NSCLC, as is worthy of further clinical research.
