两种物理因子治疗表浅静脉炎的疗效观察

The Clinical Application of Treatment on Superficial Phlibitis with Two Physical Factors

目的 观察两种物理因子治疗表浅静脉炎的疗效并与一种物理因子治疗做比较 ,探讨其临床应用价值。方法 搜集 82例经专科确诊的表浅静脉炎患者并分为甲、乙两组 ,其中甲组 (两种物理因子治疗组 ) 4 6例 ,为观察组 ,乙组 (一种物理因子治疗组 ) 36例 ,为对照组 ,对两组病例的治疗效果制定统一的评估标准。结果 甲组治愈率 73 9% ,显效率 86 9% ,乙组治愈率 49 4% ,显效率 6 9 4% (P <0 0 1)两组疗效有显著性差异 ,两种物理因子治疗组可明显的提高疗效 ,缩短疗程 ,有临床应用价值。

Objective:To discuss the value of the clinical application after observation on treatment of the superficial phlebitis with two physical factors Methods:82 cases of the superficial phlebitis patients obtained with certain diagnosis were divided into group A 46cases who were treated with two physical factors as test group and group B 36 cases only with single physical factor as control groupThe uniform standard of curative effect was made to get assessment Results:SAfter one course treatment the curative rate was 739% in test group and 494% in control group,the effective rate were 869% in test group and 649% in control group (p<001)There was a significant difference between two groups in curative effectConclusions: This method could increase the curative effect of the superfical phlebitis and shorten the treating courseIt may be most availsable to practive in clinics
