益气养阴活血化瘀法治疗糖尿病研究概况

General Research Situation of Qi Supplement and Yin Nourishment, Promotion of Blood Circulation by Removing Stasis Method on Diabetes

从病因病机、临床应用及作用机制三方面综述了益气养阴活血化瘀法治疗糖尿病的研究近况。益气养阴活血化瘀法突破了按“三消 "分治糖尿病的传统中医理论，且能改善糖尿病的临床症状及多项客观指标，更客观和深入地认识到糖尿病气阴两虚血瘀证的机制，对糖尿病的临床实践具有指导意义。

The recent research situation of qi supplement and yin nourishment, promotion of blood circulation by removing stasis(QYBS) method on Diabetes was summarized by the three aspects: pathogenic factor and pathogenesis, clinical application and mechanism of action. The QYBS method has broken through TCM theory, which differently treated diabetes by“ three types of diabetes', moreover, it can improve diabetes' clinical symptom as well as multiple objective indexes, and more objectively realize mechanism of blood stasis due to dual vacuity of qi and yin, and it has instructional meaning in the clinical practice of diabetes.
