摘要
目的：研究参苏丸中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法：采用 HPLC测定。结果：平均回收率 99.3％， RSD1.14％。结论：本方法简便、快速、准确，能较好地控制本品的质量。
Objective:To study a method for determining the content of puerarin in Shensu Pill. Methods:HPLC was used.Results:The averege recovery was 99.3％ and RSD was 1.14％ .Conclusion:This method is simple,quick and accurate, and can control the quality of Shensu Pill.
