某铀矿堆浸准尾渣强酸熟化浸出技术的工业化应用试验与探讨

摘要 铀矿准尾渣强酸熟化浸出技术,经试验获得成功,但在工业化应用方面,由于不同矿石性质的铀矿石,所适应的工艺参数区别很大,同时又要顾及浸出率与化工材料消耗之间的双重指标的合理性,故在实际的水冶生产中,还需要做大量的细致、深刻的试验和探索,我公司各水冶厂,自2009开始采用此项技术以来,对此项技术在工业规模上的应用进行了不断的研究和调整,从而获得了一定的经验数据和技术经济指标。 uranium - railings strong-acid cure leaching technology, successfully obtained by test, but in industrial applications, due to the different ore properties of uranium ore, different process parameters to rational and at the same time, but also take into account the dual index between consumption of leaching rate and chemical material, so the actual hydrometallurgy, also need test and research to do a lot of detailed, profound, my company the mill, since 2009 started using this technique, the application of this technology on an industrial scale were studied and adjusted constantly, to gain some experience data and technical and economic indexes.
