摘要 铀浓缩是核燃料生产中必不可少的一道工序。现今,国际上铀浓缩生产的主要工艺是离心法。由于离心工程一旦投入使用将10多年连续运行,中间没有停车检修期,所以在离心工程中控制系统的可靠性是非常重要的。当前,DCS系统的制造技术已经相当成熟,硬件的可靠性得到了大幅提高,并且得到了专家及技术人员的公认,在国内外大多数工厂中现都选用DCS系统作为主要的控制装置。同时,在DCS上对控制算法的编程组态也很方便,所以在铀浓缩工厂的设计中,也采用了DCS系统作为控制装置。现以一个离心工程中离心级联的检测控制为对象,对DCS的硬件结构和组态编程进行介绍。 The Enriched uraniumis essential for nuclear fuel production process. Today, the international production of the main process is the centrifugation. Once the centrifuge project will 10 years of continuous operation, with no parking maintenance period, so the Control system's reliability is very important in the centrifuge plant. Currently, DCS systems manufacturing technology is already quite mature, and the hardware reliability has improved tremendously, and get recognized experts and technical personnel at home and abroad, now, this DCS system is used in most factories as the main control unit. Meanwhile, on the DCS control algorithm programming configuration is also very convenient, so in the centrifuge-plant s deslgn, the DCS system is also used as a control device. Now is an object with the design of the control of centrifugal technology, for the hardware structure and configuration programming to introduce.
