我国公文格式多样化及其治本之策——通用公文格式国家标准实现路径

On the Diversity of Formats and Fundamental Solution of Official Documents——A Feasible Approach to Implement National Standards for the Format of Official Documents

本文叙述了目前我国公文格式标准二元化及影响,阐述了《党政机关公文格式》(GB/T9704—2012)实施一年多来我国公文格式仍然呈多样化的局面,提出了解决问题的思路,重点探寻治本之策,即通用公文格式国家标准实现的路径。

This paper introduces the dualization of China＇s national standards for the format of official documents and its influence. Despite of implementation of GB/T 9704-2012, Official documents formats of Party and government offices, in more than one year, the official documents in use are still in various formats. The paper puts forwards some solutions and explores the fundamental solutions, which is a feasible approach to carry out the national standards for the format of official documents.
