摘要
在梳理我国热电联产能效标准现状的基础上,对比研究我国地方热电联产能效标准,分析地方热电联产制度环境和产业特点,总结相应对比结论。
Based on China＇s standards on Combined Heating ＆Power （CHP） energy efficiency, this paper compares and researches the local energy efficiency standards on CHP, analyzes the local policies and industrial characters of CHP, as well as summarizes the conclusions of the comparison.
