发育性髋关节异常社区适宜筛检模式的研究与实践

Community appropriate screening model for developmental dysplasia of the hip

文章分析了宁波市江东区构建发育性髋关节异常(DDH)社区适宜筛检模式的实践措施及其特点,提出了建立健全政府主导、部门合作的筛检工作机制;构建完善筛检组织网络体系;培养防治结合型社区筛检卫生技术人才;加强DDH筛检能力建设;丰富社区DDH筛检服务内涵等四个方面措施,并进行了进一步实践运用,取得了较好成效,江东区儿童DDH早期检出率从项目实施前的1.9‰提高到实施后的7.6‰,有效提高了DDH的整体防治效果,值得推广应用。

The practice and corresponding features in establishment of the community appropriate screening model for developmental dysplasia of the hip（DDH） in Jiangdong district, Ningbo city were discussed in the paper. Four measures,which included setting up the screening work mechanism of government-leading and department-cooperation, constructing a perfect screening organization network system,fostering community screening medical technicians combining with disease prevention and clinic, strengthening capacity building for DDH screening and enriching the service meaning,were proposed. These means were further tested by practices and some better results were gained. The screening model implementation improved the detectable rate of early DDH among children in Jiangdong district from the previous 1.9‰ to 7. 6‰ after the implementation. Its operation deserved to be generalized.
